Join us, virtually, for this FREE workshop focused on wellness and self-care for ourselves and our community. COVID-19 has created more challenges in our lives than ever before. Come sample some healthy and relaxing activities that can relieve stress. At our opening session, “Family and Community Wellness,” you may pose your questions and get tips from a mental health professional. 1:00 – Opening Session: Family and Community Wellness.

2:00 Workshops – Please choose one or two workshops listed below. You have the choice of: 2-2:50 pm, Guided Meditation or Zumba and at 3-3:50 pm, Beach Oasis Art Activity or Sound Bath. Please choose one from each category. For the workshop descriptions and instructor bios, click here.

All Spring Wellness sessions will be video recorded.
